This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Strong Cities Network. From 25 founding members in 2015 to a growing global network of 270+ cities, the Strong Cities mission of catalysing city-to-city learning, collaboration and the exchange of innovative approaches and best practices for enhancing public safety and building social cohesion at the local level has never been more urgent.

Strong Cities is building a coalition of international, national and local donors, foundations, private sector leaders and individual supporters to drive and sustain the capacity-building and collaboration urgently needed to build strong, cohesive cities.

Why your support matters

Solutions to the myriad challenges threatening social cohesion at the local level must come from the ground up, leveraging the local knowledge and insights of those closest to their communities.
