Rebecca spoke to MPs from across the Western Balkans, including Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovnia, and Macedonia, advising them on best practice principles in delivering, designing and communicating CVE strategies.

Rebecca was also able to provide an update to ministers on the extensive feedback we have gleaned from our 40+ member municipalities from across the region, including the need for cities to be resourced to be effective partners in CVE and the inconsistency that exists between National Governments and the international community in consulting cities.  The SCN provided an update on the best practice work taking place in cities across the Balkans and the SCN’s plans for the region including delivering city consultations, launching an innovation grant and the publishing our Western Balkans Regional Assessment Report.
