This document is the first phase of a study divided in two phases that aims to demonstrate that security cannot only be achieved with surveillance but needs to include prevention, communitarian partnerships and intervention policies. The first phase of this study is a systematic review of the existing literature specialised on radicalisation prevention. It highlights three key elements encouraging it: social integration, the expansion of a nuanced and non-combating discourse and the diversification of the discourse in order to be truly inclusive.
